Wayne is a life-long resident of Wayne County and joined Taggart Law Firm in 1979.  Wayne practices primarily in the areas of banking law, real estate, civil litigation, collections and creditor’s rights, estate planning, and business law. 

Born in Wooster and raised in Apple Creek, Ohio, Jeff graduated from Waynedale High School before attending the College of Wooster, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989.  He also spent a year abroad studying at Glasgow University in Scotland.  After receiving his undergraduate degree, Jeff obtained a master’s degree in political science from The Ohio State University, and earned his Juris Doctorate law degree from the University of Akron School of Law (cum laude, 1997). He practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, trusts, wills and probate, senior citizen issues and business formation and planning.

A native of Wooster, Ohio, David received his undergraduate degree from Grove City College, PA (B.A., summa cum laude, 2002), and his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2005). He practices primarily in the areas of family law, civil litigation, criminal law, and real estate.

A native of Shreve, Ohio and a graduate of Triway Local Schools, Kim received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University (B.A., 1992) and her juris doctor degree from Capital University Law School, cum laude, in 1998. She practices primarily in the areas of real estate, guardianships, adoptions and business law.
