Wayne is a life-long resident of Wayne County and joined Taggart Law Firm in 1979. He currently serves as president of the firm. Wayne practices primarily in the areas of banking law, real estate, civil litigation, collections and creditor’s rights, estate planning, and business law.
Born in Wooster and raised in Apple Creek, Ohio, Jeff graduated from Waynedale High School before attending the College of Wooster, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Jeff obtained a master’s degree in political science from The Ohio State University, and earned his Juris Doctorate law degree from the University of Akron School of Law (cum laude, 1997).
A native of Wooster, Ohio, David received his undergraduate degree from Grove City College, PA (B.A., summa cum laude, 2002), and his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2005). He practices primarily in the areas of family law, civil litigation, criminal law, and real estate.
A native of Shreve, Ohio and a graduate of Triway Local Schools, Kim received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University (B.A., 1992) and her juris doctor degree from Capital University Law School, cum laude, in 1998. She practices primarily in the areas of real estate, guardianships, adoptions, business law, and bankruptcy.
A native of Carroll County, Kristy received her undergraduate degree in Accounting (B.S., summa cum laude, 2002) from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio followed by her law degree from the University of Toledo School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2005). She practices primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate and business law. Kristy lives near Mt. Hope with her two children. She served as a past board member and president of the Holmes County Habitat for Humanity and currently is Treasurer of the Holmes County Bar Association.
