Wayne A. Zacour - Of Counsel

Wayne is a life-long resident of Wayne County and joined Taggart Law Firm in 1979.   Wayne practices primarily in the areas of banking law, real estate, civil litigation, collections and creditor’s rights, estate planning, and business law.  He is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Trustees of the Wayne County Sports Hall of Fame and on the advisory council of the Pregnancy Care Center of Wayne County.  He is a long-time member of Wooster Grace Brethren Church and has been a member of its governing board for over 15 years.

Over the years, Wayne has served on the school boards of three Christian schools and is frequently asked to speak on America’s Christian heritage.  Wayne has also been actively involved in local athletics, coaching numerous basketball and baseball teams and serving as a baseball/softball umpire and basketball referee.  He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Wayne County Bar Association, Christian Legal Society, Wooster Chamber of Commerce, and the Wayne County Historical Society.

Wayne is married to his wife, Ann, and has four adult sons.  They reside in Wooster, Ohio.
