Kimberly A. Lang - Owner

A native of Shreve, Ohio and a graduate of Triway Local Schools, Kim received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University (B.A., 1992) and her juris doctor degree from Capital University Law School, cum laude, in 1998. She practices primarily in the areas of real estate, guardianships, adoptions and business law.

After practicing in Holmes County for eleven years, Kim joined Taggart Law Firm in Wooster in 2009.  She previously served as President of the Holmes County Bar Association and formerly acted as the Solicitor for the Village of Killbuck.  Kim was a member of the ethics committee for Castle Nursing Home in Holmes County.  She is currently a board member and treasurer for the Wayne County Volunteer Guardianship Association, and also provides pro bono services to the Volunteer Guardianship Association of Holmes County, where she was a long time board member. Kim currently serves on the Executive Committee and is President Elect of the Wayne County Bar Association.  

Kim is married to Kevin, who is also a Triway graduate, and they have four children.  Kim and her family live on a small farm outside of Fredericksburg and have participated in various agricultural activities via the family farm and 4-H.  She is a member of the Wayne County Farm Bureau.  Kim also serves as President of the Triway Music Boosters.  She is a frequent sponsor of various music and athletic events in the Triway and Smithville School Districts.
